Every Limited company has to, by law, submit returns to Companies House and HM Customs and Revenue. We can both complete and submit specific returns for you or you can select our compliance support bundle where we will take the strain of all your company compliance, and leave you free to get on with what is important to you.

 

We can prepare and submit a set of Financial Statements and a Corporation Tax Return (CT600) at least once a year to Inland Revenue and Companies House. Preparation of Financial Statements and your Corporation Tax Return can be completed professionally and in the required format.

 

Also we can submit a Return to Companies House on an Annual Basis to ensure that information relating to Shareholding, Appointments and Business Activity is kept up to date.
